Susan Quill joined St. Paul’s in 1992 after being invited by her then-fiancé, Jeffrey, who grew up in the parish youth group. Raised in the Roman Catholic tradition, she found a familiar liturgical home in the Episcopal Church and has been an active member of St. Paul’s ever since. Susan and Jeffrey married at St. Paul’s in 1993 and raised their two children, Emma and Ethan, within the parish community.
Over the years, Susan has been involved in church school, confirmand sponsorship, youth ministry, Parish Fellowship, Women’s Ministries, stewardship, outreach, and numerous parish initiatives. She currently serves as Senior Warden and is honored to continue supporting St. Paul’s mission of seeking, serving, and loving together.
Beyond the parish, Susan serves in leadership roles within Episcopal Church Women at the diocesan, provincial, and national levels, including as Province V Representative to the National ECW Board. She is passionate about fostering meaningful connections, strengthening ministry engagement, and helping organizations thrive through thoughtful leadership and collaboration.
Professionally, Susan is a Senior IT Operations Manager at American Greetings, where she has worked for nearly 30 years. Her experience includes strategic planning, governance, financial stewardship, and process improvement initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness.
Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from John Carroll University and an MBA from Cleveland State University. In her free time, she enjoys reading, knitting, gardening, birding, traveling, and spending time outdoors with Jeffrey.
