The Rev. Nancy Hildebrand is a retired Episcopal priest from the Diocese of Washington who recently joined St. Paul’s after moving to the area with her husband Peter to be closer to family. Prior to ordination, Nancy worked for twenty years as a social worker and activist among people with disabilities. She and Peter have wasted no time getting involved in the life of the St. Paul’s community, becoming active in the Loaves & Fishes ministry, and Nancy recently joined the Outreach Committee. Although the priestly vocation looks different after retirement, a priest is always a priest, and we look forward to welcoming Nancy to the pulpit from time to time to share in the ministry of preaching.
