AMIS’ mission is “to inspire hope and contribute to the well-being of immigrants and their families.” We are one of the few organizations in the area that are able to give funds directly to individuals and families. Recent actions by I.C.E. are devastating to families in our community who were already struggling.
HOW TO HELP:
We partner with a Hispanic church on the near west side. Earlier this year, we did a cleaning supply drive and it was hugely popular. At their request, we are bringing it back.
