Thank you to the many households who have made a pledge or gift to the 2024 Stewardship Campaign. This campaign is essential for supporting the annual operating expenses of St. Paul’s during the coming year (as distinct from the capital campaign which supports capital needs and long-term financial health of the parish). As of November 27, we have received 171 pledges or gifts totaling $788,810. This is down significantly from last year at this time when we had received 189 pledges totaling over $910,000. This decline is largely due to the loss of a large number of parishioners over the past year, many having passed away and others who’ve moved out of state. While we are excited to report that 12 new households have made first-time pledges this year, it still takes some time to build back after the loss of several very generous donors.
