Volunteer with Habitat for Humanity!
We’re excited to continue our work with Habitat’s Faith Build initiative, where we join them in building strength, stability, and self-reliance through shelter.
As a volunteer, you will work alongside Habitat staff and experienced long-term volunteers. No prior construction experience is needed—just a willingness to help and a positive attitude. Habitat for Humanity staff provide all the guidance and support you need every step of the way.
The 2026 Faith Build home is located on East 143rd Street. You may work directly this home or on one of the neighboring homes as part of this larger effort. In total, Habitat is building 10 homes along East 143rd Street, helping to transform the entire block into a thriving, stable community.
