DESCRIPTION:Mingle with the artists featured in the Spring Show and learn about their creative process. This show features work inspired by our vast natural world. Gretchen Goss (enamel) and Lisa Schonberg (monoprints) explore themes of plant life\, woods\, water\, sky\, and earth. David Fink blends colored porcelain clays into vessel shapes that subtly suggest land\, seascapes\, and the beauty of earth. We’ll have light refreshments and live music (Eric Paetz). DESCRIPTION:The Parish Fellowship Committee is once again hosting a Women’s Fellowship Retreat at Bellwether Farm. This retreat is envisioned as an opportunity to connect with fellow women of the parish in a relaxed and inspiring atmosphere and to strengthen the bonds of friendship and support. We will begin with an icebreaker gathering on Friday and end with a service of Compline on Saturday. DESCRIPTION:Volunteer for a great cause! The informal “Casserole Crew” preps\, makes\, and bakes casseroles for a meal hosted by the Northeast Ohio Coalition for the Homeless (NEOCH). \nWe’ll have the recipes\, tools\, and aprons; just bring yourself. OR\, help ahead of time by shopping for ingredients for the casseroles (and stick around to chat if you can)! There is a job for every experience level and any amount of time you can offer. \nHosted in coordination with the Women’s Fellowship Group and Membership Engagement Coordinator; ALL chefs are welcome! SUMMARY:The Day of Pentecost
DESCRIPTION:There will be one\, combined liturgy at 10 a.m. on Pentecost\, Sunday\, May 24. This service will be ASL interpreted and livestreamed.  \n  \nThen\, in honor of Pentecost\, our Workshop Adventures group will offer a brief (~10 minutes) play immediately following the 10 a.m. combined service in the Nave.  \nChildren are warmly invited to come forward and sit on the floor so they can see. If you’re not able to stay\, you’re welcome to slip out during the brief postlude. But we hope you’ll stay to see how hard our theatrical fourth–sixth graders have been working to learn and share the story of the coming of the Holy Spirit.  \nFinally\, the Pentecost Party with East Coast Custard truck will begin immediately following the play. Please plan to stay after the service for fellowship and a (free) ice cream treat.
